Job description
As a Truck Technician at Mast Trucking, you will ensure our fleet operates at its best by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing truck components and systems. This role is vital to keeping our trucks running efficiently and safely. We’re seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solvers who value quality work and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Complete assigned jobs independently with minimal supervision.
Diagnose and repair truck systems and components, including:
Wiring and electronic systems
NOX sensors
Radiators and fan hubs
Disc and drum brakes
Clutches, belts, and U-joints
Differential seals and steering components
Utilize diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link 8, Bendix, Wabco, and Haldex.
Interpret wiring schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
Perform all repairs with precision and strong attention to detail.
Stay current with industry standards and adapt to advancements in technology.
Maintain a professional attitude and foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications
Proven experience working with semi-tractors and/or trailers.
Preferred experience with diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link 8, Bendix, Wabco, and Haldex.
Strong understanding of wiring schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Advanced mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of working with semi tractors and/or trailers.
Experience with diagnostic software, including Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link 8, Bendix, Wabco, and Haldex.
Able to follow troubleshooting guidelines, understand wiring schematics, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
