At Mast Trucking, our mechanics are key to keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. As a Trailer Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain trailer systems in our brand-new state-of-the-art garage. If you're skilled, motivated, and ready to grow in a high-demand industry, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Knock out repairs on brakes, wiring, air systems, suspensions, and trailer bodies

  • Weld steel and aluminum components (or get trained up!)

  • Deliver efficient, accurate repairs with attention to detail

  • Stay sharp on industry trends and tech

  • Collaborate with a high-performing maintenance crew

  • Bring a professional, team-first attitude every day

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of working with trailers, reefer experience is a plus.

  • Welding skills (or willingness to learn)

  • Able to follow instruction on proper repair procedures and protocols.

  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

  • Solid work ethic, communication, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to quality work and continuous improvement.
