Truck Technician / Diesel Mechanic

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Preventative maintenance and scheduled services

• Electrical and air system diagnostics and repairs

• DOT inspections and compliance repairs

• Major repairs: clutches, radiators, u-joints, belts, brakes (disc and drum), steering components, differential seals, etc.

• Engine troubleshooting and repair (including emissions systems like NOX sensors and fan hubs)

• Using diagnostic software such as Cummins Insite, Detroit Diagnostic Link 8, Bendix, Wabco, and Haldex

• Staying current on tools, software, and repair techniques
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working on trucks or trailers

• Your own tools and the ability to work independently

• CDL is a plus (not required)

• Working knowledge of reefer trailers is a bonus

• A sharp eye for detail — someone who notices what others miss

• A problem-solver who can make smart decisions with time and resources

• Clean work habits and a solid track record of productivity

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
